Our Memberships
Glow Ateliér's membership program is an invitation to make radiance a rhythm, not a reaction — thoughtfully curated treatments delivered on a consistent cadence, paired with member-only pricing, priority booking, and the kind of personalized care that comes from a team who knows your skin's story. It's less about a single appointment and more about a standing relationship with your glow — one that evolves with you, season after season. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Your appointment is reserved exclusively for you — time set aside, product prepared, the studio held just for your visit. We ask the same consideration in return.
Securing Your Booking: A deposit of 30% is required to confirm your appointment. This amount is applied toward the cost of your treatment.
Rescheduling & Cancellations: We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel. Changes made within 24 hours are subject to a fee of 50% of the service cost.
No-Shows: Missed appointments without notice forfeit the full deposit. Repeated no-shows may require full prepayment for future bookings.
Arriving Late: Treatments are timed to the minute that follows. Arrivals more than 15 minutes past the appointment time may need to be shortened or rescheduled, as we’re unable to delay the next booking.
When Life Happens: Illness and emergencies are understood without question. Reach out as soon as you’re able, and we’ll find a path forward together.
